What is a Cable Management System?
A cable management system is an organized solution for routing, supporting, and protecting electrical cables and control wires in stage machinery installations. Proper cable management prevents tangling, reduces wear, ensures safety, and simplifies maintenance.
How It Works
Cable management systems use combinations of cable trays (open or enclosed channels for routing cables), cable carriers / energy chains (articulated chains that guide cables during linear movement), grommets and clamps (secure cables to fixed structures), and collectors and reels (manage cable length changes during motion).
