The BRD drive control cabinet is the power and control heart of a stage machinery system: one VFD per axis, networked back to the stage control console, with complete main-circuit and motor-protection wiring. Axis count, drive sizing and cabinet layout are engineered to the venue's machine list and factory-tested before shipment.

The BRD Drive Control Cabinet houses the variable frequency drives and circuit level of a complete stage rigging control system — the cabinet between the control console and the motors that fly battens, run hoists and move stage lifts.

One Drive per Axis

Every hoist, lift and turntable in the machine list gets its own VFD, mounted and wired in the cabinet. The drives network back to the stage control console, so positions, groups and limits are managed centrally while each axis keeps its own protection and diagnostics.

Wiring You Can Audit

Inside the door: main breakers, motor-protection circuits and terminal strips laid out in orderly rows — the kind of cabinet an inspector and a service technician both like to open. Cabling from cabinet to machines follows the venue's containment, labelled point to point.

Sized to the Machine List

Axis count, drive rating and cabinet dimensions are engineered from the venue's machine list, not guessed. The cabinet ships factory-wired and tested, paired with the BRD stage control console and the hoists it drives.
